Government Contract Provisions from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Revision 2, June 2008: In addition to the General Purchase Order Provisions, these provisions apply when the materials, products, or services being procured are for use in connection with a U.S. Government prime contract or subcontract.
Government Contract Provisions from the Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), Revision 2, May 2006: In addition to the General Purchase Order Provisions and the Government Contract Provisions from the FAR, these provisions apply when the materials, products, or services being procured are for use in connection with a U.S. Government Department of Defense prime contract or subcontract.
